Agency solution

See portfolio health, focus the team, and prove the work.

Keep client work, approvals and branded reports organized across your portfolio.

Flexible volume pricing and the right portfolio workflow are discussed during the agency demo.

  • Portfolio health and attention
  • Central approvals and workload
  • White-label scheduled reporting

Your agency workspace

Know who needs your team's attention.

Keep client health, approvals, assignments and reporting in view without mixing each business's details.

See which clients need attention

Agency Pulse brings together client profiles, reviews, content, visibility and automation status. Missing data is shown clearly so you know what still needs checking.

  • Healthy, watch, at-risk, critical, setup, and insufficient-data states
  • Filters by client, manager, vertical, tags, onboarding, and attention
  • An Attention Center that keeps unresolved issues visible

Keep approvals and follow-up in one place

Let routine work continue while your team handles approvals, connection issues and setup tasks across clients.

  • Central review-reply and GBP post approval queues
  • Approve the version you reviewed, with protection if it changes
  • Account Manager assignments, workload, and role-aware access

Work in client accounts and show the progress

Give staff access to the client tools their role allows. Reuse your preferred settings with agency templates, then choose when to enable automation.

  • Saved, versioned templates for your preferred starting settings
  • Supported heatmap, profile, review, post, media, report, audit, client-user, and enabled-integration workflows
  • Sponsored client sign-in, stored branded reports, and agency digests

Set up each client with confidence.

Choose the Google location, check the business details and apply your starting settings. Decide what can run automatically and what your team should review.

Automate routine work. Supervise exceptions centrally.

Review posts and replies across clients, then open the right account to take action. If a draft changes, it needs a fresh approval. Staff access rules still apply.

  1. Connect the right Google locations

Find your Google accounts and locations, then choose which client account each belongs to. Create a new agency-sponsored account only when you are ready.

  2. Check each client account

Review the imported profile, staff ownership, keywords, automation and review preferences, client-user setup, and first-heatmap readiness before recurring work begins.

  3. Start with your preferred settings

Apply a saved template for post schedules, review replies and report delivery. Adjust the settings for each client.

  4. Keep the team in the loop

Keep routine work moving in each client account. Your agency view shows health, follow-up, approvals, assignments and reports.

The right access for every teammate

Give each person the access they need.

Keep client accounts separate. Staff can open only the clients, locations and tools allowed by their role and assignment.

Owner and Admin

Manage portfolio setup, staff, client lifecycle, Google connection, branding, templates, leadership workload, report delivery, and agency billing.

Account Manager

Manage assigned clients, enter supported client modules, process eligible approvals, generate client reports, and manage client users.

Analyst

Review assigned client health, attention, approvals, and report history in read-only mode.

Agency billing covers sponsored client accounts, so clients are not asked to set up separate billing. Supported white-label presentation does not replace GBP Rank AI legal or payment identity where it is required.

Portfolio organization

Know what needs doing and who owns it.

Spot clients that need help, see pending approvals and assign the next step. Follow-up stays visible until it is acknowledged or resolved.

Client reports, in your brand, on schedule.

Send clients a branded summary of their locations, follow-up and approvals. Save each PDF and schedule weekly or monthly delivery to the client contact you choose.

  • Client health and active location count
  • Open attention and pending approvals
  • White-label PDF history by client and period
  • Weekly or monthly delivery to a validated client contact
  • Weekly agency summaries for assigned clients

The Reporting Center also shows 30-day review activity and rank trends when comparable saved data is available. These sit alongside the scheduled PDF; activity, heatmap, competitor and audit reports remain separate.

Flexible portfolio pricing

Pricing that fits your portfolio.

Discuss volume pricing during your demo. Your portfolio size, onboarding, approvals, reporting and delivery needs shape the final agreement.

Illustrative reference points

  • Agency pricing can start around $99.99/location

This is a starting reference for agency-managed client locations, with the actual arrangement based on the workflow discussed during the demo.

  • Qualified portfolios around 20–50 client locations may receive around $84.99/location

That approximate rate is not automatic; location count, onboarding, approvals, reporting, and delivery needs all inform the final proposal.

  • Larger portfolios receive preferred custom pricing

The agency and GBP Rank AI team negotiate a portfolio-specific agreement during the demo.

Final agency pricing depends on portfolio size, workflow, onboarding, and reporting needs. The published figures are flexible guidance, not automatic billing tiers or guaranteed eligibility.

Agency FAQ

Your agency questions.

Can agencies manage multiple client profiles?
Yes. Agencies get a portfolio control plane over separate sponsored client and location workspaces, with Agency Pulse health, attention, approvals, assignments, reporting, and permissioned access to supported client modules.
Can work be reviewed before it is published?
Yes. Google post drafts can be reviewed and approved before publication, and review-response automation can be paused or limited by rating so sensitive feedback stays in a manual review path.
Does GBP Rank AI support white-label agency positioning?
Yes. Supported controls include agency and product naming, sign-in heading, primary and accent colors, managed logo, favicon, and report-logo assets, support links, sponsored client sign-in, stored reports, and supported operational email identity. Legal and payment identity remains GBP Rank AI where required.
Is agency pricing the same as the standard plan?
No. The standard non-agency plan is $149.99 per month per location. Agency pricing can start around $99.99 per client location. Qualified portfolios around 20–50 client locations may receive pricing around $84.99 per location, while larger portfolios receive preferred custom pricing negotiated during the demo. Final agency pricing depends on portfolio size, workflow, onboarding, and reporting needs. The published figures are flexible guidance, not automatic billing tiers or guaranteed eligibility.
Can client users see only their assigned locations?
Yes. User access can be limited by business location and module so agency clients, location managers, and delivery staff see only the areas assigned to them.
Can the agency team work inside the actual client tools?
Yes. Authorized agency staff can enter supported client-workspace modules for profile, review, post, heatmap, media, report, audit, client-user, and enabled integration work. Server-checked role, assignment, location, and feature scope still control access.
Can client reports be scheduled?
Yes. Agencies can save branded client-health PDFs, keep report history, schedule weekly or monthly delivery to a validated client contact, and send assignment-scoped agency digests. Client activity, heatmap, competitor, and audit reports remain separate client-workspace artifacts.
How do agency-sponsored client workspaces handle billing?
Agency-managed client workspaces are sponsored by the agency and do not expose a separate child payment flow. If agency billing is paused, sponsored workspaces pause together; archiving a workspace does not start direct billing. Portfolio terms are confirmed during setup.
