WNY Marketing LLC (“GBP Rank AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software that helps local businesses manage and optimize their Google Business Profiles. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. Account details such as your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you sign up, contact us, or subscribe.
• Connected-profile data. With your authorization, information from your Google Business Profile (such as profile details, posts, reviews, photos, and performance metrics) so we can manage and optimize it on your behalf.
• Billing information. Payment details processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
• Usage and device data. Information collected automatically as you use our website and product, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and analytics events.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the GBP Rank AI platform and its automation features.
• Manage and optimize the Google Business Profiles you connect, with your authorization.
• Process payments, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
• Send service-related communications and, where permitted, product updates.
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.

Business inquiries and follow-up

When you submit a contact form, we collect the business and contact details shown in the form, including your name, business name, work email, phone number, trade, service area, location count, Google Business Profile status, business URLs you choose to provide, your primary challenge, and an optional message. These fields are stored in an access-controlled owner/admin lead inbox so our team can review and respond to the inquiry.

The required inquiry consent authorizes manual follow-up by email and phone about your request. It does not authorize SMS, autodialed calls, or prerecorded calls. We also retain the displayed consent version and timestamp and permitted attribution evidence so the inquiry source and outreach authorization can be reviewed.

Google user data

When you connect a Google account, we access and use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you request. For example, we may publish posts and eligible photos, reply to reviews, and track your local rank. We do not sell your Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings, and our use of Google APIs adheres to the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement

Necessary storage supports site security, navigation, and your privacy choices. Optional analytics storage may be used to understand how visitors use the site and which pages or actions contribute to an inquiry. Optional advertising storage may be used to measure Google and Meta campaigns and to support advertising audiences configured in those platforms.

Optional analytics and advertising choices start off. You can accept, reject, or manage them separately in the consent notice, and you can revisit them at any time using Cookie settings. When a browser sends Global Privacy Control, advertising measurement remains disabled in our consent controls.

Google Tag Manager is used to coordinate configured measurement tags. Google Consent Mode communicates your choices to configured Google tags, and Meta advertising tags are blocked unless advertising consent is granted. Provider behavior and retention are also governed by the applicable Google and Meta terms and settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service. For example, we may share it with service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, or provide analytics on our behalf, and with Google's APIs to perform the actions you authorize. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information, opt out of non-essential communications, and revoke connected-account access at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us to exercise them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last reviewed” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
