Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software, and services provided by WNY Marketing LLC (“GBP Rank AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

GBP Rank AI provides software that helps local businesses manage and optimize their Google Business Profiles — including automated posts, review replies, Q&A, photos, and local rank tracking. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to manage any Google Business Profile you connect to the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Publish content that is false, misleading, or violates Google's policies.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service on behalf of a business you are not authorized to represent.

Subscriptions, billing, and trials

GBP Rank AI includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid plans are billed at $149/month per location until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Third-party services

The service integrates with third-party platforms, including Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. You authorize us to access connected accounts only to perform the features you request.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the service, our software, and our brand. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and perform the actions you authorize.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific rankings, results, or outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
